LuckGround sells digital products. Before sales begin, we will publish the final refund terms alongside checkout and make sure they reflect the payment provider rules and applicable consumer law.

If something goes wrong

If a file is missing, corrupted or cannot be downloaded, please contact us with your order details so we can help resolve the issue, including by providing a replacement where appropriate.
